This intensive weekend programme is suitable for any student with diagnosed or suspected ADHD aged 14 to 19 years old, focusing on their GCSEs and A Levels. This includes students in Years 11 and 13 with exams around the corner, and those in Years 10 and 12, not yet due to sit exams, but who would like to get in early to set themselves up for success.
The programme is ideal for students wanting to better understand themselves and their ADHD and who are keen to learn how to work with their unique brain wiring to reach their goals.
The Programme starts with our ‘6 Steps to Success’ – a comprehensive weekend which includes aligning expectations between students, parents and staff. The 5-week rolling programme continues from there.

Students & Parents participate in this course.
Steps 1, 2, and 3 take place on Day 1
Steps 4,5, and 6 take place on Day 2
The 6 Steps will also be made available as an online course for students who join after the first week.

We give you the perspective and toolkit to 'help not hinder' becoming your child's much needed champion.
By the end of this course, parents will be able to look at their teen through an ADHD lens, recognise and cultivate their strengths and interests, adapt their parenting styles to promote their parenting goals and and last but not least, learn how to put on their oxygen masks first. Parents as well as students need to make sure they have enough in their tank to complete the marathon that is GCSEs and A Levels!
This Programme has been designed to educate and inspire students with ADHD to understand and embrace their ADHD and to remove their barriers to succeeding at High School so they can go on to fulfil their unique, and often great, potential. We offer 1:1 Coaching as well as our EmpowerED Courses and Programmes.
